AKTORmed solo surgery is a new term in the field of manufacturing of medical equipment for operating theatres.

Our directors have a long history of development expertise in the field of patient support systems and MIC robotics.

We aim to  develop, manufacture and market  mechatronic assistance systems for minimally invasive interventions.

These assistance systems are not intended to be a substitute for surgeons, but rather to facilitate their difficult task and ease their workload.
Due to the fact that manual camera control is no longer required, the surgical assistant is free to devote himself to more sophisticated tasks.

The company AKTORmed GmbH solo surgery was founded in May 2005 by experienced development engineers.

Development of today’s products was promoted within the  “High Tech Offensive Bayern” campaign. Serial production of the active camera control system at the Barbing site started in 2008.

Our constant challenge is continuous product development within the field of assistance systems.
